About Bark+Bite
Our Story
Our journey began not in an office or a clinic, but in the heart of a busy animal shelter — surrounded by dogs, cats, and the dedicated people and adopters doing their best to help them.
2019 – Where It All Began
In 2019, we met while working at the same shelter — I as a behaviour consultant and trainer, and my now–business partner as a veterinarian and animal clinical behaviourist. The shelter was full of challenges and learning opportunities, and it was there that we discovered our shared values: compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for both animals and the humans who care for them.
